Healthy eating plans:
General guidelines and recommendations for everyone: limit sugar and processed carbs! Try to avoid sweetened drinks. Increasing veggie and fruit intake - focus on brightly colored fruits and vegetables. Dark greens, purples, reds, blues. These have more antioxidants. Other guidelines/eating plans as noted and individualized.
